Marine Mechanic
Noank Village Boatyard is looking to add an experienced Marine Mechanic to our crew. General Responsibilities:
Ability to perform diagnostic and repair services to all types of gasoline and diesel engines and generators, as well as all other marine components
Outboard service and repair experience
Complete understanding of electrical systems and components and the ability to fix and repair
Knowledge of marine systems and ability to troubleshoot and repair
General Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude & ability to work with others
Ability to manage one’s workload
Ability to maintain cleanliness and operate a safe work environment
Have own tools

Marine Detailer
Noank Village Boatyard is looking for a self-motivated individual to help detail boats this spring. Jobs will include bottom sanding and painting, hull compounding and waxing, as well as other marine related jobs. We have a strong Team oriented environment, which encourages self-growth and allows for opportunity to grow within our organization. You must be a reliable, conscientious and energetic employee with a good work ethic.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a clean/neat presentation. Individuals must have a very good attention to detail.
The position is Seasonal - Full Time.

Launch Operator
Noank Village Boatyard is looking for a launch operator for the 2022 season. Transporting customers to and from their boats on the Mystic River is the primary job of the launch operator. The position also serves as a dock master, manages transients, assists customers on the docks and maintains the facility. Applicants must have a USCG Launch Operators License or better and be willing to work weekends and holidays.
